8 minutos!

Oito minutos é o tempo que se leva pra salvar a vida de até três pessoas! Estou falando do tempo de "extração" de 400ml de sangue. No meu caso, sangue tipo A+. Do bão!!

Hoje, acordei cedo e fui doar sangue. Doo uma vez por ano e, graças a Deus, nunca passei mal. Dessa vez, não foi diferente, até o corpo ajudou e deixou a enfermeira encontrar com facilidade a veia gordinha pra introduzir a agulha! hehe

Fiquei lá, apertando a bolinha de borracha e batendo-papo. Oito minutos! Deu tempo de tirar essa fotinho, pelo menos... :-)

Ah, e ainda te dão sanduíche de presunto e mussarela com suco, na saída! ;-)

Eight minutes is the time it takes to save the lives of up to three people! I'm talking about the time of "extraction" of 400ml of blood. In my case, blood type A+. Good blood!!

Today, I woke up early and went to donate blood. I usually donate once a year and, thankfully, never got sick. This time was no different, even the body helped and left the nurse to easily find a vein, a chubby one, to insert the needle! hehe

I stayed there, pressing the rubber ball and chatting. Eight minutes! Time enough to take this pic though ... :-)

Ah, they even give you ham and cheese sandwich with juice, before you leave! ;-)
